Recommended June Reading

Every year about this time I try to read a biography of one of the founding fathers. This year I think it will be Walter Isaacson’s Benjamin Franklin: An American Life.

A few others that I’d recommend considering are:

  • Mike Anderson

I’m in the middle of Ben Franklin. Interesting bio—it’s amazing that he was basically a blogger of the day to start off and used it as his jumping off point.

Apparently I have the same Myers Brigg score as him so I wanted to see what happened with him.

  • J. Gary Ellison

Having read McCullough’s wonderful biography of John Adams and what McCullough says about Benjamin Franklin, I’m not sure I want to know any more about Franklin!
