    Looks like, as with most everything else, this is not a problem of technology. It’s great to know, because that allows us to stop treating it as such and to recognize the underlying condition: people in positions of authority simply have a lot of demands on them which must be prioritized in light of their true goals.

    Great point. I was just writing in my book yesterday that _the fundamentals_ have not changed. The context and environment are different, but the underlying factors (and solutions!) are still the same.
